[HOUSTON] – Debra Hicks-Gutierrez has joined Veritas Title Partners as residential and fee attorney division manager, according to Michael Knudsen, chief financial officer of Veritas Title Partners. Hicks will develop and manage all aspects of the company's residential business.

Hicks brings more than 30 years experience in the mortgage and title industry. Previously, she was vice president of First American Title Insurance Company's fee attorney division, where she had opened and managed 22 offices over 15 years.
